Hermann Goering famously declared that "two plus two makes five if the Fuhrer wills it"
An Italian Fascist would declare that "when I hear the word 'culture,' I release the safety catch on my revolver."
I see these quotes a lot, but usually without sources. The quote about culture is generally attributed to Goering. Considering that the guy stole art from all over Europe, I imagine he considered himself a rather cultured man.
