 That's the thing with C17th Englishmen like Locke that we tend to forget. They could write, but when they spoke it must have sounded like modern day Pitcairn Islanders.

Never the less, when I'm reading Lock et al it's always Kenneth Branagh's voice I hear.



(sounds  something like "How did I get here? Let me out from this locked wardrobe! Don't you know who I am? I'm an ac-tor!")
